Itinerary
Day by Day Itinerary
Day 1 – Pigeon Forge, TN – NQC Spring Break – Gospel Showcase
Today, you travel to Pigeon Forge, TN. On arrival, check into your comfortable hotel for a two night stay. Then enjoy an early dinner at a local restaurant.
Next your evening includes a Gospel Showcase. This evening’s Spring Break line up features many of your favorite artists: Greater Vision, Mark Trammell Quartet, Triumphant, Jim & Melissa Brady and the Whisnants. Performances start at 6:00pm (Doors open at 4:00pm).
After returning to the hotel, enjoy an evening reception of “Milk & Cookies” before retiring to your rooms. (B,D)
Day 2 – Shopping at Tanger Outlets and The Island – Gospel Showcase
After breakfast at the hotel, tour Bush’s Visitors Center in Dandridge, TN. Discover the place where it all began and trace the values and events that made BUSH’S BEST what it is today. And, it’s all housed in the original A.J. Bush & Company general store, founded in 1897.
Then you can browse the shops of Tanger Outlets. The Outlet features a large variety of brand-name and designer outlet stores such as Ann Taylor, Eddie Bauer, Michael Kors and so many more.
You will also have time today for shopping at The Island. The Island has several cafes and restaurants, plus gift shops & shopping of all kinds. Take time to enjoy the Dancing Water Fountain Display in sync to music every hour on the hour. To get a bird’s eye view of the area, you can purchase a ticket to ride “The Wheel”, which rises 200 feet above the city. And, of course, you will want to try a sample at Ole Smoky Moonshine Distillery. It’s always “5 O’Clock Somewhere” at Margaritaville, there’s delicious biscuit mix for sale at the Paula Dean Store, fudge to taste at The Fudgery, browse Emery 5 & 10 and meet a parrot at Parrot Mountain store and so much more. Dinner on your own.
