U.S. Tours is a partner with Travel Insured International. We believe their products provide you with the best coverage, price and service.
Also please note Tour Tennessee purchases travel protection for all Group Leaders (on any trip over $1,000) to help protect you once the trip has departed. We also offer two options of travel protection for your customers.
- Group Lite Protection Plan: Group Lite is an affordable program recommended for motorcoach tours, American river cruises, Alaska and Hawaii, domestic airfare, and other travel that does not leave the United States. Simply give each person a copy of the form below. They may submit it directly to us, or you may collect and return them on a monthly basis, but each person must submit a signed application. Individual Policies must be purchased at least 45 days in advance of trip departure.
- Group Protection Plan: Group Protection Plan is an option for high end groups who want U S Tours to provide coverage for all travelers. It provides more benefits than Group Lite and offers protection for all trip participants; no individual forms required. Simply request that U S Tours purchase it for everyone when you order your trip.
